Within BNP Paribas Fortis, we have set up a Steerco, which enables us to monitor digital inclusion initiatives within the bank at the highest level. It looks at the status and evolution of the digital skills of the staff, the inclusiveness of our applications and services, the actions of the DigitAll ecosystem, the results of our university chair on digital inclusion with the VUB, etc. This is how we have integrated the theme of digital inclusion into our strategy and actively involve our top management.
